The Carcassonne market takes place every Saturday morning, and we are located right across from the fruit and vegetable market.

The restaurant and brasserie is managed by Mr. Piaux. Passionate about his profession, he took over the management with his wife eight years ago. Previously, he had already run a restaurant for over 15 years in the fortified city of Carcassonne.

With a solid experience in the industry, he implements all his know-how to offer locals and tourists alike a tasty traditional cuisine, made only with fresh products and, above all, homemade.
